So I held the second meeting totalk about these questions. I asked all members to look for materials relevantto this case respectively and then analyzed them together. During the process,we thought about them deeply and fully, finally we got a best scheme.
Through this experiment, I became lover finance major than before, becauseit not only brought me model and data but also interest on (in) connectingknowledge with practices to make data and model vivid. Even each new ideaproduced different result. Finance is not a material concept but is socialscience, which contains a wider scope. I am very glad to involving discoveringunknown things in this field. Just like discussion, many members’ thoughtsinspired me and we got satisfied results. Finance is a social science whichembodied human being is the essential. We could cultivate our academic tasteduring the learning symposia and academic discussion process. So I pay attention to connect theory and practices more than before, in myspare time I took part in social practices, for example I visited “internationalfinance” of newspaper office and “Shanghai stock exchange”, besides I took partin planning for the “second finance year meeting” in Shanghai University ofFinance and Economics. During the process, I met many finance people and got achance for visiting Holland bank. For example, I began to research “RMB Globalization problem” and its aimwas to review substantial economy and non-substantial economy how to influencecurrency international globalization from demonstration and theory angle to helpus understand the experiences and lessons happened on the process of eachnational currency globalization and offered some feasible references for RMBinternational globalization. I connected the fact of our national economydevelopment, especially, the base fact of RMB used by some nations around China,through researching the general rule of currency internationalizationglobalization, to discuss the problem on RMB international globalizationprocess.
First, I reviewed the main countries’ currency globalization process in theworld, and found that currency globalization must have two basic conditions. Thefirst was rich economy strength; the second was to keep valuta longstabilization. Second, I pointed out RMB globalization was the necessity choiceof our national economy persisting development and the benefit of currencyglobalization according to the impersonality requirement of economicalglobalization development, and RMB globalization would more enlarge the degreefor opening to foreign.
At the same time I thought that stable, quickly developmental nationaleconomy and larger economical scope made RMB of our country globalizationstrengthens and higher ability against risk, the last part emphasized theprocess of RMB globalization and the research on keeping away from risk. Theprocess of RMB internationalization was: first implement RMB regional strategyon the basis of East Asia currency cooperation and East Asian free trade, thenimplement RMB globalization stratagem under many perfect factors influence.
But during this process, it was very difficult for me to researchnon-substantiality economy in China. At present familiar to us, it was the stockmarket, while in China the stock market system did not very perfect and existsome problems on efficiency, security and fair. For example, I consulted manymaterials and knew several stages of Chinese stock issue, international paperdepartment how to issue stock and the relative policy and system of stockmarket, then I asked my advisor how to comment on it and collected some commentsof experts on the website. Besides I logged in MARKET WATCH and bought severalstocks to do experiment to find out the conclusion that China it was moreperfect, so Chinese stock market needed to be improved.

In retrospect， I have much to be proud of. As a 10-year-old teenager， I wasalready obsessed of painting the concrete forms of my dreams with the brush inmy hand. At such a young age， I had already learned the necessity to practicepainting deep into the night in order to achieve constant improvement in thesophistication of my brushwork. My endowments and my dedication helped me securethree major prizes at international adolescent fine art competitions. Mysubstantial progress in practicing fine art also opened the door to developingmy perceptive horizon and to tapping my tremendous potential. As a result， Ihandled my studies with much facility， especially in mathematics for which I hada particular penchant. No matter how difficult the courses in my high schoolwere， I could almost invariably achieve full marks in all of them. Apart fromvirtually perfect performance in the scholastic aptitudes at my school， Iachieved remarkable scores in a variety of national contests for high schoolstudents in mathematics， physics， and chemistry. Those distinguishedachievements resulted in my being enrolled by Tsinghua University， exempted fromentrance examination. In China， this could properly be deemed the highest honorthat a high school student could possible attain.

Upon entering this most prestigious university in China， which is TsinghuaUniversity， in my usual spirit of dedication and perseverance， I once againembarked on my journey of industrious study in the Department of Automation. Myexceptionally solid foundation in mathematics provided me with a stepping stonewith which I proceeded onto the exploration of other sophisticated and eruditesubjects. As a freshman， I taught myself such mathematics courses as RealAnalysis and Advanced Numerical Analysis that are only scheduled for seniorstudents. My performance in all the specialty-related coursework not onlyenabled me to secure the second highest GPA ranking in my class but alsofurnished me with a powerful instrument whereby to materialize my dreams in theresearch and development of computer and network technology.
In the scorching summer of 1999， with an entrepreneurial passion that wasmuch more vehement than the scorching sun， two classmates and I commenced toestablish our own business and to operate our own company. By any imagination，it was a challenging undertaking. We focused on the development of onlinemultimedia entertainment platform and on the research and development of virtualreality (VC) technology. In the process of developing the software for the VCproducts， we encountered the major obstacle of how to realize globular equationof the pictures actually taken of the real objects.
Under my organization and leadership， the task team， which consisted of anumber of senior undergraduates and graduates， consulted a huge amount oftechnical literature， solicited professional guidance from specialists in thefield， conducted surveys and interviews， analyzed feedbacks， and wrote businessproposals. It was common for me to sleep only four hours a day. We worked underthe conviction that， even if we failed 99 times， we would be ultimatelyvictorious if we could succeed in the 100th trial. Any notion of defeatism wouldcause one to relinquish and end up in eternal failure.
Within two months， we eventually succeeded in developing the semisphericequation algorithm whose effect could perfectly parallel the globular equationalgorithm of the software. In autumn， the season of harvest， we won the Prizefor Excellent Original Conceptualization at the annual EntrepreneurialCompetition with the business proposal based on this project. In the meantime，we succeeded in attracting a risk， investment worth 5 million RMB (approximately600000 US dollars)。 The immediate infusion of the cash into our companyguaranteed the overall inauguration of our company.
In the initial stage of establishing our business， we foresaw that the VCtechnology would make tremendous headway in the future network application. Theproblem we faced at that time was the limited bandwidth of the network， which inturn circumscribed the development of VC technology. After nearly one-yeardevelopment， our technology has become increasingly mature. Furthermore， ourcollaboration with Britain's Rotography Company has acquainted us with somerefreshingly constructive concepts. With the continued improvement of theChina's domestic network environment， we have formally initiated serial servicesto our clients in the application of VC technology. In this process， ourcompany's website for supplying technical service _ was consummated. So far，many manufacturers availed themselves of our VC solutions， including BeijingGarment Manufacturing Factory， the largest of its kind in Beijing. Meanwhile， Iparticipated in a seminar on the development of network virtual passage "_"project jointly undertaken by Zhejiang University and NingPo Golden LeaveInformation Technology Company. By conducting a survey of U.S. _ market and bystudying _ technology， I presented some unique insights of my own at theseminar， which were positively evaluated by computer specialists from ZhejiangUniversity.
With our products started to increase the market share， the reputation of ourcompany became increasingly widespread. As a burgeoning company， we managed，through fierce bidding， to secure a project of Demonstration System from SonyCompany. Though finally the project did not take long to complete， the successof winning the first project through tender excited the whole group of youngentrepreneurs. At present， in reaction to the strong demands for informationconcerning rubber market by more than 20000 manufacturers and relatedenterprises， our company is cooperating with Reuter Agency and InformationHeadquarter of China National Rubber Industry in developing and designing "ChinaRubber Business Website"， which aims at providing the most updated global rubberinformation for domestic rubber manufacturers and ultimately realizing the B2Bbusiness platform for China's rubber industry. This is a newly-emerging fieldwhich integrates conventional industry with IT industry， thus requiring richprofessional knowledge and experience in conventional sector as well as powerfuland comprehensive analytical and problem-solving capability. Under suchcircumstances， I am forced to augment my knowledge in a totally strangeprofession within the shortest possible time. But I know that with， my usualconfidence， I will surmount this challenge.
