首先我說一下自己的基本情況和工作業(yè)績(jī)：我xx年畢業(yè)于xx師專數(shù)學(xué)系，后分配到xx中學(xué)從事數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)，xx年開始改教初中英語，xx年因身體狀況，調(diào)入小學(xué)從事小學(xué)英語教學(xué)至今，xx年自考大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)，xx年被評(píng)為中學(xué)一級(jí)教師。

自工作以來，我一直兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，勤奮工作，所教科目成績(jī)一直據(jù)全鎮(zhèn)前列，特別是近幾年來從事小學(xué)英語教學(xué)，所教班級(jí)多次獲得全鎮(zhèn)第一名，個(gè)人也多次被評(píng)為鎮(zhèn)教育先進(jìn)工作者、優(yōu)秀教師，區(qū)優(yōu)秀教師，個(gè)人年考核優(yōu)秀等次的榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)，并有多篇論文在市級(jí)報(bào)紙發(fā)表。

下面我談一下，我競(jìng)聘英語教師的幾個(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì)和條件：

1。有良好的師德

我為人處事的原則是：老老實(shí)實(shí)做人，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一貫注重個(gè)人品德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，努力做到尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，團(tuán)結(jié)同志，工作負(fù)責(zé)，辦事公道，不計(jì)較個(gè)人得失，對(duì)工作對(duì)同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。自從參加工作以來，我首先在師德上嚴(yán)格要求自己，要做一個(gè)合格的人民教師！認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和領(lǐng)會(huì)上級(jí)教育主管部門的文件精神，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，愛崗敬業(yè)，為人師表，熱愛學(xué)生，尊重學(xué)生，爭(zhēng)取讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的發(fā)

我從xx師專數(shù)學(xué)系畢業(yè)后曾到xx師范大學(xué)進(jìn)修英語教學(xué)培訓(xùn)，系統(tǒng)而又牢固地掌握了英語教學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)。多年來始終在教學(xué)第一線致力于小學(xué)英語教學(xué)及研究，使自己的專業(yè)知識(shí)得到進(jìn)一步充實(shí)、更新和擴(kuò)展。

3。有較強(qiáng)的教學(xué)能力

從選擇教師這門職業(yè)的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師，為了這個(gè)心愿，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學(xué)科的基本理論知識(shí)。

熟悉相關(guān)學(xué)科的文化知識(shí)，不斷更新知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，精通業(yè)務(wù)，精心施教，把握好教學(xué)的難點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)，認(rèn)真探索教學(xué)規(guī)律，鉆研教學(xué)藝術(shù)，努力形成自己的教學(xué)特色。我的教學(xué)風(fēng)格和教學(xué)效果普遍受到學(xué)生的認(rèn)可和歡迎。

以上所述情況，是我競(jìng)聘英語教師的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件，假如我有幸競(jìng)聘上崗，這些優(yōu)勢(shì)條件將有助于我更好的開展英語教學(xué)工作。

如果我有幸競(jìng)聘成功，能擔(dān)任三四年級(jí)英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作。

目前，新一輪的基礎(chǔ)教育改革早已在我市全面推開，作為新課改的實(shí)踐者，要在認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)新課程理念的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合自己所教的學(xué)科，積極探索有效的教學(xué)方法。大力改革教學(xué)，積極探索實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教學(xué)模式。把英語知識(shí)與學(xué)生的生活相結(jié)合，為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)一個(gè)富有生活氣息的真實(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)情境，同時(shí)注重學(xué)生的探究發(fā)現(xiàn)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中學(xué)會(huì)合作交流，提高學(xué)習(xí)能力。

做一個(gè)富有愛心的老師

it is written by ernest hemingway in cuba in 1951 and published in 1952.

the story of an aging, life-long fisherman who attempts to find himself, and hopefully a fish, on a fishing trip in the gulf waters off cuba.

after spending most of his life alone and losing his only companion who is a young cuban boy, the old man heads out to sea once again.

his 84 days without a notable catch end on this trip, but will he be able to defeat the odds after catching a gigantic marlin?

this short novel is universal in its consideration of the plight of an old man struggling against age, loneliness, mortality, humility and poverty to maintain his identity and dignity. apart from that, the cheerful and optimistic old man wants to reestablish his reputation in the community. besides, he also wants to ensure for all time his relationship with those he loves and to whom he hopes to paon everything he values the most. finally, he survives and wins the battle. this has shown his heroic struggle not only redeems himself but also inspires and spiritually enriches those around him.

a common concept among some people is that opportunities are few. they always complain that opportunities never occur to them. they only admire those people who make a hit or succeed by seizing some opportunities, and always wonder why they are never given a good opportunity to show their talent.

青年以堅(jiān)韌擔(dān)國之重任。古人曾云：“古之成大事者亦必有堅(jiān)韌不拔之志。”三室青年團(tuán)的研制并非一帆風(fēng)順，反而是歷經(jīng)艱難困苦，但他們放棄了嗎？沒有，他們憑借堅(jiān)韌之心，在風(fēng)雨中沖鋒，在深夜鉆研，在挫折中堅(jiān)韌。憑堅(jiān)韌之心成為青年領(lǐng)軍。鐘揚(yáng)，將青春灑向了中國植物學(xué)，山風(fēng)擊他以風(fēng)雨，他抱之以堅(jiān)韌，在野外樣本收集中，幾經(jīng)挫折，卻以堅(jiān)韌之心抵之，揚(yáng)起了中國植物學(xué)的大旗！鄭振香，于最美的青春年華投身中國考古事業(yè)，巾幗不讓須眉，她憑借自己的堅(jiān)韌，克服了嚴(yán)寒酷暑，發(fā)現(xiàn)了埋藏千年的故事，打破了國外的質(zhì)疑，輝煌了中國考古史，是當(dāng)之無愧的女將軍！不同的領(lǐng)域，一樣的堅(jiān)韌，青年的他們以堅(jiān)韌擔(dān)國之重任。

青年以奮斗擔(dān)國之重任。“要向一顆小星學(xué)習(xí)，可以微弱，但要有光”，對(duì)于當(dāng)代青年而言，應(yīng)憑奮斗發(fā)光發(fā)熱，畢竟“只有流過血的手指，才能彈出世間的絕唱”。蘇翊鳴，冰雪小將，以強(qiáng)度驚人的訓(xùn)練，一飛沖天，一舉奪銀，以奮斗為翅，飛向世人的眼中，展現(xiàn)中國力量的強(qiáng)勁；谷愛凌，花季年齡，以堅(jiān)持不懈的奮斗，劃破天際，一發(fā)沖金，以奮斗為芒，照向世界的舞臺(tái)，展示了中國體育的能力。“每一個(gè)能升起月亮的身體，必然馱住了無數(shù)次的日落。”倘無奮斗，又怎會(huì)有中國小將在世界體壇的閃耀？不同的名字，一樣的奮斗，青年的他們以奮斗擔(dān)國之重任！

青年以奉獻(xiàn)擔(dān)國之重任。駐邊將士，以奉獻(xiàn)保邊境安全，是雪中傲立之松；航天團(tuán)隊(duì)，以奉獻(xiàn)促科技發(fā)展，是宇宙閃耀之星；消防隊(duì)員，以奉獻(xiàn)保人民安全，是天邊燦爛之霞。不同的行業(yè)，不同的名字，但以同樣的奉獻(xiàn)，燃燒了自己青春，擔(dān)承了國之重任，照亮了中國！青年的他們以奉獻(xiàn)擔(dān)國之重任！

當(dāng)代青年，應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)楷模，以堅(jiān)韌、奮斗、奉獻(xiàn)承擔(dān)國之重任。追風(fēng)趕月莫停留，且思且學(xué)且持大道公理，擔(dān)責(zé)，建設(shè)國之昌盛。

many people yearn to be more self-confident. yet they have no idea how to achieve that objective. they look at others who have the gift and say, “hey that's what i want.

i hate feeling unsure of myself. i wish i could stop obsessing about what others think of me and quit worrying about disappointing other people. i want to stop anguishing over my decisions and torturing myself about my mistakes.

i think it would be so great to feel self-assured, hold my head up high and stand tall. i've never been self-confident. i wish there were a way i could be.

”there is a way. you don't have to be born with self-confidence. self-confidence can grow and flourish and ripen and blossom until you actually ***e to feel as though there is a different person inside of you.

here are some insights that might facilitate the quest.

learn what a self-confident person is really like. they are not cocky, know-it-all people who don't care what anybody else thinks. they have their doubts.

and make mistakes. and are far from perfect. however, they are willing to acknowledge their inadequacies without dwelling on them.

they do this by maintaining a sense of humor, putting problems in perspective, and focusing mainly on what they've done right, not wrong.

though self-confident people do believe in themselves, they don't try to suffocate others with their ideas or beliefs. they are confident in what they know not only because they read, learn and think but also because they respect their instinct, intuition and the unique body of knowledge that they've developed by living life. they realize that one doesn't have to be labeled an “expert” to believe in one's own truths.

self-confident people don't undermine their own worth by ***paring themselves with others, only to conclude that they aren't “good enough”. they appreciate their strengths and ac***plishments and can acknowledge, without embarras**ent, their weaknesses. they don't live in the “victim” position.

even if something really bad has occurred, they turn it into a challenge, remembering to be grateful for the little things in life.

self-confident people let the world know who they are. if they want something badly enough, they know they have every right to “go for it.” yet, they also know that the path will rarely be easy.

mistakes, blunders and failures are part of the learning process. they seek to learn from their mistakes and do not waste time torturing themselves over what “could have been”.

self-confident people are not obstinate people. if they have an idea about something and it differs from the way another person is thinking about it, they will usually try to look at it from that person's point of view, see why it makes sense to them. yet, a confident person's sense of self is grounded.

it does not blow in the

wind. their ideas do not fluctuate based on what others deem are important.

i hope these insights are helpful to you. if so, perhaps one day you will be able to say what the actress phyllis rashad once said, simply but eloquently, “ i am just myself and who i am is a lot.”

however， we meed dreams。 they nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality。 they keep us going。

most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great。 when we were little kids， we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy， something significant。 now what we need to do is to maintain them， refresh them and turn them into reality。

however， the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions。 well， just start with concrete objectives and stick to it。 dont let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future。

through our talents， through our wits， through our endurance and through our creativity， we will make it。

hold fast to dreams， for if dreams die， life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly。 hold fast to dreams， for when dreams go， life is a barren field frozen with snow。 so my dear friends， think of your old and maybe dead dreams。
