1. let ss read the passage about jane’s vacation to malaysia. then fill in the blanks.

1. show some pictures of the some places of interest. tell ss the name of them.

e.g. the great wall, summer palace, tian’anmen square, a beijing hutong…

2. let ss discuss what they can do, eat, buy… in those places.

ⅲ. writing

1. tell ss they went to one of these places of interest last summer vacation. with the help of the words in the box, try to fill in the blanks of the diary.

2.閱讀指導(dǎo):

首先，應(yīng)閱讀日記一遍，了解日記的大意。然后，細(xì)讀每一句，根據(jù)上下文文意來確定每個(gè)空格處應(yīng)填的詞匯。比如：讀第一行可知此處是填空記日記時(shí)的時(shí)間，空格后面有日期，因此空格處應(yīng)填月份august。讀第二句話，可知空格處應(yīng)填寫天氣的詞匯，故應(yīng)選hot and sunny。其他類似。

（一）溫故知新

（1）請兩位學(xué)生用上節(jié)課重點(diǎn)句型號，分別復(fù)述Unit 5 Topic3 Section D 1a

（2）教師與學(xué)生之間進(jìn)行問答對話，讓學(xué)生談?wù)撽P(guān)于他們最喜愛的旅游方式。 設(shè)計(jì)意圖：鞏固上節(jié)課學(xué)過的知識，為學(xué)習(xí)新課鋪墊。

（二）情景導(dǎo)入

用多媒體展示一些關(guān)于旅游和交通的圖片，來引起學(xué)生的興趣，并由此教學(xué)本節(jié)課

的新單詞，如：field ，trip ，cycle ，vehicle ，airline等。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖：通過用多媒體展示學(xué)生熟悉的交通工具圖片，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，輕松掌握新單詞，順利帶入新課。

（三）重點(diǎn)呈現(xiàn)

1、展示多媒體（ Flash課件）1a,并回答以下問題：
