四、醫院發展設想

1、重視人才，堅持科技興院

2、重點發展

一個醫院沒有自己的特色專科，就沒有競爭力。當今，醫學已越分越細，誰擁有專業人才、技術及高精尖設備，誰就擁有占領醫療市場的優勢。例如，我院神經內科、心血管內科、傳染科、甲亢專科、肝膽外科、腫瘤科等均具有發展潛能，因此，發展重點專科可給我院帶來新的經濟增長點，并帶動相關專業共同發展。

3、加強醫院管理

(1)醫療：醫療質量是醫院生存和發展的基礎。制定制度，狠抓落實，搞好環節質量，切實增強醫師的責任心，提高業務水平，獎罰分明應始終貫穿于質量控制的全過程，要做到有制度可依，有制度必依，執行制度必嚴，違反制度必究。

(2)護理：護理工作是醫療工作中的一個重要環節(三分治療，七分護理)。推廣整體護理，規范操作規程，加強病房巡視，責任到人。改進服務態度，逐步向賓館禮儀式服務轉變。

(3)后勤：逐步向后勤服務社會化過渡，一切為臨床一線服務，保證送飯、供水、下收、下送、下修，使醫護人員集中精力為病員服務。

(4)進一步完善實行“一日清單制”：實行聯網，規范醫院醫療收費行為，融洽醫患關系，降低糾紛發生率，提高患者對醫院的信任度。

(5)急診科是我院對外服務的一個重要窗口，需進一步完善急診科的服務設施及搶救設備，加強“120”的快速服務功能。

(6)建立導醫咨詢服務臺：內配電話微機，免費供應開水，為探視者查詢和開展導醫咨詢業務。

(7)醫技科室：逐步進行“目標管理”。

(8)職能科室：有職有責有權，充分發揮其聰明才干。

(9)醫療設備：在現有的基礎上添置必需的設備，如呼吸機、起搏器、放療設備、肺功能測定儀及手術室的器械設備等，盡早逐步配置完善ICU、CCU病房建設，提高搶救、監測及診治能力。

(10)改造手術室、供應室、食堂，解決門診大樓內診室設置及調配問題。

(11)建立良好的周邊關系，擴大病人來源。

(12)關心全體職工及離退休職工的生活，提高福利待遇，盡可能解決職工子女就業問題。加強醫院的安全保衛工作，確保工作的生命財產安全，解決群眾的后顧之憂。
